Le Mans Classic, 8th edition, will be held on 8, 9 and 10 July 2016. With 500 race cars on the track, the event is set to be a highlight of the 2016 motoring calendar. The entry forms are now available.

To be a racing driver is definitely for most boys’ - and some girls’ - a childhood dream. But there are not so many Happy Few! Historic motor racing gives them the opportunity to fulfil their dream. According to the car they drive, they will be part of one of the six grids (groups) which will race by turn -day and night- for, of course… 24 hours.

Little Big Mans

Dream for many adults, racing at Le Mans already becomes reality for one hundred kids from 6 to 10 years old. With a “Le Mans style” start just in front of the grandstands, the budding drivers from all over the world leap into their thermal or electrical 1/3 scale racing cars with a standing ovation from the public! These hundred or so mini replicas of the racing cars entered in the Little Big Mans are displayed in their own paddock specially dedicated to the children.

Le Mans Heritage Club

The ultimate is to be among the 24 handpicked automobiles displayed in the core of the village at the very exclusive Le Mans Heritage Club. Nevertheless the key to be invited is to present “the” car which raced in the 24 hours from 1923 to these days.
