Terms and conditions of sale

Offers Hospitality

  1. Preamble

On the occasion of Le Mans Classic (the Event), SAVH, the organizing company of Le Mans Classic, in collaboration with the Automobile Club de l’Ouest, domiciled at 90 rue DamrΓ©mont - 75018 Paris, offers hospitality services associated with the Event in an area (the Reception Area), not open to the public (the Program). The customer (the Client) wished to purchase the services described in the commercial offer proposed by SAVH (the Services). To this end, SAVH and the Client (hereinafter the Parties) have decided to conclude a contract for the provision of hospitality services (hereinafter the Contract).

The Contract is made up of the order of importance descending from the purchase order (hereinafter the Booking), the pro-forma invoice (the Invoice), the present general conditions of sale of hospitality services (hereinafter the General Conditions) and the commercial offer, which form an indivisible whole. In the event of a contradiction between the contractual documents, the Booking shall prevail over the General Conditions.

The Contract, of which the present Preamble forms an integral part, governs the relations between the Parties with respect to the subject matter of these Conditions, to the exclusion of any other document, written or verbal agreement; it replaces any oral or written agreement exchanged between the Parties prior to the conclusion of these Conditions and relating to its subject matter.

The General Conditions apply to all the Services provided by SAVH to the Customer in the context of the Event and are addressed to it, delivered [or made available on the website [https://peterauto.fr] from SAVH, prior to the placing of any order.

Any Customer Reservation implies their acceptance, without condition or reservation, of these General Conditions, or subject to any specific conditions negotiated between the parties.

The general conditions of purchase or any other document of the Customer are not enforceable against SAVH without its prior written consent.

  1. Purchase of the Services

2.1. Terms and conditions for purchasing Services

Orders for Services are placed with SAVH. All orders only become final after written acceptance by SAVH. Any change to the order made by the Customer must be subject to the prior written agreement of SAVH and this change will be subject, where applicable, to additional invoicing or the issue of a credit note.

The customer has the option to purchase hospitality services directly from the SAVH customer service teams, either via email or by phone. They can also make their purchases on the SAVH website, using the following URL: https://www.peterauto.fr/categorie-produit/packages/. However, it is important to note that the purchase of hospitality services is governed by ticketing rules, which means that there is no cooling-off period when the purchase is made via the website and/or the registration form.

2.2. Prices and terms of payment

2.2.1. The price of the Services is indicated in euros, per person and including all taxes.

SAVH reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the Services will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of the Booking. In exchange for the Services, the Customer will pay SAVH the lump sum stipulated in the Booking in euros.

The full amount of the payment must be received upon receipt of your registration form. The Services are deemed to be payable in Paris. The payment is deemed to have been made on the date on which the funds are received by SAVH or its assignee. In the event of a dispute or partial execution of the Contract, payment remains due on the part of the Contract not disputed or partially executed.

Payment of the Benefits is made exclusively by bank transfer to the account details of which are included on the Invoice, by cheque or by Credit Card.

2.2.2. Any delay in payment on the terms agreed in this article will automatically result in the application of a late payment interest equal to the interest rate applied by the ECB to its most recent refinancing operation, increased by 10 percentage points at the date of the applicable payment deadline, even if the amounts owed by the Customer have already given rise to the issuance of bills already in circulation. In the event of a delay in payment, SAVH shall be entitled to demand payment from the Customer of a lump sum fee for recovery costs of 40 euros, in addition to the late payment fees, in accordance with Article L. 441-10 of the Commercial Code.

In the event of late payment, SAVH reserves the right (i) to suspend or cancel, in full or in part, the execution of the Services without prior notice or notice, unless the Customer can establish the existence of a case of force majeure, without prejudice to any compensation that may be claimed by SAVH in the event of partial or total non-performance of the other provisions of these General Conditions.

In the event of cancellation or non-participation by the Customer, the sums already paid will remain due to SAVH as compensation for termination of the contractual relationship, without prejudice to the provisions applicable in cases of force majeure or failure to perform attributable to SAVH.
