In 2026, clubs and collectors will take centre stage within the Mans Classic Legend, which for the first time will showcase cars from the past five decades, from the 1970s to the 2020s. This area will represent the main zone dedicated to automobiles, designed to highlight the more recent evolution of sports cars. The older models, those from before 1970, will be displayed in a separate area to maintain a coherent reading of the different eras, while remaining fully integrated within the event venue!
For this new edition, we are counting heavily on the involvement of clubs and collectors: this more contrasted edition encourages us to welcome cars with real character — original colours, rare configurations, specific liveries or unusual interiors! All proposals will be welcome, from the most understated to the most spectacular, as long as they reflect the spirit of the five decades being celebrated.
The objective is clear: to offer the public a rich panorama, varied and true to the diversity of the cars that marked this period. Clubs and collectors will thus contribute directly to the public experience and to the unique atmosphere of this new edition.
This Area is reserved for branded clubs and here, no more borders! Clubs are brought together under the banner of their country, with a French, Italian, English, German, Japanese or even American marque zone... It's a great way of bringing people together, and that's part of the magic of Le Mans Classic! This gathering by brand also allows the public to see and understand the production of each manufacturer.
The passion for motoring is also expressed in the plural, with a space bringing together the multi-brand clubs. This jigsaw puzzle tells the story of the car in its own way. You can even have fun putting it back together to compare cars from the same period, which are very different from one manufacturer to another...
Every owner of a classic or prestige car is invited to the great automobile celebration of Le Mans Classic! This is why the Collection Area was created to welcome all cars that are not affiliated with a club or whose club will not be present at the event. Open to all eligible cars, it takes place within the circuit grounds.
